At Book World we make sure that all our customers are satisfied with the products they have purchased, and can shop with ease of mind knowing that they can return the products if they are not what they expected it to be.
Products Eligible for return:
If you receive a product and it is not the same as you ordered on website you are then eligible for full refund.
In case you order a product/book and you no longer need it you can still return it to us (if eligible for return) given that the book is in its original form and not used. If you wish to return a product you have to let us know within 3 days after you receive the parcel.
After the book has been received by us, and if it is in its original form then we will refund the amount or exchange the book/product as requested by customer. Please note that in this case shipping charges will not be refunded.
Products Not Eligible for return:
All books that are time sensitive will not be eligible for exchanges or returns. This includes all textbooks for schools/colleges etc. Plus also includes books for CSS and other exams as well. If you have any confusion about a book being eligible for return you can simply chat with us, and our customer service agent will help you out.
How to initiate a return?
Simple, just message us on our WhatsApp number (03144255043), or simply click below on the WhatsApp chat button. Let us know the details of the return and remember to tell us your order number. Our customer service representative will guide you with the returns process.
How and when will I get my money back?
If you are eligible for refund you will receive your amount within 2 working days (Mon – Sat). We can transfer your amount via Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash or any Bank Account as well, whichever is most suitable for you.
